Presenter Biography : Jon Iriberri has 25 years of experience working in the high performance sport industry and although he has worked with multiple sports, cycling has always been his main focus. A specialist biomechanist, Iriberri was selected as the Spanish national head coach in track cycling (2009-2010) after spending 9 years as a high performance professional working at the Basque high performance centre (Bilbao). Iriberri is currently, since 2010, a consultant biomechanist to various professional world tour cycling teams, including: Movistar, Trek and Lotto Jumbo. Some of the accomplishments he has achieved with athletes he has worked with closely include Olympic, World Cup/Championship and continental podiums. Iriberri performs private bike fittings, biomechanical analysis and various educational workshops for coaches and athletes (cycling and running) through his own company custom4us where he applies the latest technology in biomechanical analysis. His ability to apply biomechanical concepts to different sports is sought after world-wide. Jon Iriberri holds a postgraduate degree (Master in High Performing Movement in Sport) and is an invited speaker at national and many international conferences. He is an active contributor to Training Peaks academy, UCI World Cycling centre for trainer degree and International Cyclefit Symposiums among others. He is also a research and development consultant to SRM, Rotor and Wiva cycling enterprises..
