Presenter Mark is the founder and current CEO of CrackerSystems, the business behind the CrackerSports and CrackerCentral brands. Prior to founding Cracker, Mark worked with more than 60 organisations guiding strategy for growth, his clients included organisations in Government, Industry, Education, Services, Retail, and Professional Associations. With the agency Marketworthy, Mark worked for a decade leading digital strategy projects for a variety of National Sporting Organisations in Australia. During this period he assisted his clients to increase capability and results through the provision of new and improved digital services for members. Mark has a passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations to develop competitive advantage by innovating the learning and development process. Mark is a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (AGSE) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His Masters topic explored learning outcomes in the secondary education sector and student attitudes towards their service experience. Representing Australia as an open age athlete in the Olympic Laser sailing class, Mark won selection and competed in numerous world championships during the 90’s. In sailing, Mark has held roles as President and Vice Chair of the Victorian and Australian Laser Associations and has been a member of the Yachting Victoria Strategic Planning Committee for Coaching. Mark continues to develop his skills to support his coaching and competitive interests in Sailing. He is a Performance Coach in the Yachting Australia Pathway and is the Victorian High Performance Youth Coach for the Laser Radial and 4.7 Classes. He has twice been awarded the Yachting Victoria Coaching Program of the Year.
